Qigong is a system of co-ordinated movements that inspired Tai Chi.
It combines easy, slow movement with rhythmic breathing and visualisation to obtain total wellbeing and self-awareness.
Regular practise brings about a deep strengthening effect for the whole body.
Qigong is easy to learn & follow. Altogether improving physical and mental fitness, posture, balance, stamina, flexibility and calming the mind.
No previous experience necessary.
